These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by MONE BEAUTY.
Prices & Payment
All prices are quoted in CHF. Payment is only accepted on site.
Complaints
Claims must be submitted in writing within the applicable warranty period. After this period has expired...

Guarantee – Nails
The following guarantee applies to nail treatments (e.g., new nail enhancements, refills, gel systems):

A new set of nails is required. Only then does a 7-day guarantee apply.
The guarantee covers only lifting, material peeling, and technical defects. No
guarantee applies in cases of improper use, external influences, or self-repairs.
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Biberist.
Returns
You have the right to return your order to us within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To make returns as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible, we do not include paper return labels with our shipments.
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email at info@monebeauty.ch and include your order number. You will then receive all the necessary information regarding the return. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refund
A refund is only possible for unused and undamaged items. Please ensure that you return the products clean, undamaged, and in resalable condition, including all accessories. Items that show damage or soiling resulting from improper handling by the customer will not be refunded and will be returned at the customer's expense.
The refund will be issued immediately, but no later than 14 days, via the same payment method used for the original order.
We reserve the right to withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or proof of delivery is provided. withhold the return.
Terminvereinbarung & Terminabsage
Mit der Bestätigung eines Termins (schriftlich, telefonisch oder online) gilt der Termin als verbindlich gebucht und die nachfolgenden Bedingungen werden automatisch akzeptiert.
Terminabsagen oder Terminverschiebungen müssen mindestens 24 Stunden vor dem vereinbarten Termin erfolgen.
Bei kurzfristigen Absagen weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Termin behalten wir uns vor,
50 % des vereinbarten Behandlungspreises in Rechnung zu stellen.
Bei Nichterscheinen ohne vorherige Absage (No-Show) wird der Behandlungspreis zu
100 % berechnet.
